Spa Etiquette

Q. When should I book my appointment?
A.
It is best to book a day or two in advance to avoid disappointment.

Q. How early should I arrive for my appointment?
A. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before you appointment. This will allow you time to settle in before your services. If you're arriving late, please call us as soon as possible, and our staff will accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Q. What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
A. We give a 15 minutes grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you. This will depend if there are scheduled appointments immediately following yours. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment for another time.

Q. 
Can I bring my kids?
A. 
To achieve a tranquil environment at all times, we cannot accommodate children during your services or treatment. Unless they are receiving a service or treatment themselves. Children's under 12 without an appointment cannot accompany an adult while services are performed. An adult must accompany children's under 12 that are receiving services. Our employees will not be responsible for caring for young children's.

Q. Should I tip?
A. 
Gratuities are not included but are appreciated. Most individuals tip the staff approximately 15% based on the type and the quality of the service given. 

Q. What is your cancellation Policy?
A. We need at least 24 hours notice to be able to reschedule your appointments.
